Depending upon the package that you choose, will govern how much you pay. We will only charge you our list prices and nothing more unless you have ordered additional products from us, and that will be a separate agreement between you and The Wedding Video which both parties will sign. We are totally transparent in our prices so that you the client can feel at ease knowing exactly what you will receive in the end product.
All of our camera operators will try to blend in with the wedding party as much as possible. They do not wear branded uniforms but smart casual suits so that they stay as unobtrusive as possible. Thankfully technology has progressed over the years which ensures that both sound and vision may now be captured at distance so they will not be to close to where the important personal events happen.
Yes - we carry a 10million pound public liability insurance which is held by our parent company Shockmedia Productions UK. We will carry out dynamic Risk Assessments throughout the day to ensure safety procedures are met. While we take great care of our equipment we are all subject to the possibility of external forces causing problems. We encourage all our clients to take out a full wedding insurance policy with a reputable company.
